Kepner Tregoe

Provide video and photography services to capture an awards ceremony for Kepner Tregoe; a sixty-year-old company empowering companies to solve problems, make better decisions, and manage risk. In addition to employees, the celebrity speaker was pro golfer Luke List. Greyshore also videotaped and provided photos for a golf tournament the following day.

Project Challenges

• Create an engaging video without the real-time lags of multiple award recipients getting on and off stage.
• Capture key moments of board members and employees.
• Ensure that pro golf celebrity Luke List is seen in a good light.
• Provide adequate and/or interesting lighting without being distracting.
• Remove the copyrighted music played during the event to prevent the video from being removed from any public video hosting platform.

Greyshore Solutions

• We created a highlights video from the event which generated virtual company engagement; supported company philosophy and fostered internal public relations. 
• By including photography in the video, we were able to highlight award winners in a quick, digestible way instead of showing winners getting on and off the stage. 

Above and Beyond

• In a delivery snafu, our client did not receive all of the physical awards for the event. Where award winners are holding up awards without their correct names, Greyshore was able to Photoshop the award graphic (below) with the correct names onto the award in the photos. This required skew, perspective, gradient and lighting. 

KT Golf Outing with Luke List

On the next day after the awards ceremony, KT and Greyshore hit the golf course with PGA golfer, Luke List, for a fun day to commemorate the winners of excellence.
